What is included with my venue rental?

Your rental includes full-day access to the venue (9 AM – 11 PM), use of indoor and outdoor spaces, six 6-foot tables, 75 chairs, WiFi, climate control, and free on-site parking. You are welcome to bring in your own vendors and décor to personalize your wedding!

What is the venue capacity?

We find that a guest count of a maximum of 80 is most comfortable when only the indoor spaces are being utilized. If your event will also be outdoors, then going up to 100 works.

How does the $250 booking fee become a refundable deposit?

Thirty (30) days before your wedding, your remaining balance is due. At that time, the $250 booking fee converts to a refundable cleaning deposit. After your event, if the venue is left in good condition with no damage or excessive mess, you will receive a full refund of this deposit within 7 business days.

Do you offer payment plans?

At this time, we do not offer payment plans. However, your total payment isn’t due until 30 days before your wedding, giving you plenty of time to plan accordingly.

Can I reschedule my wedding date?

We understand that plans can change! If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability. The $250 booking fee is transferable to a new date one time, as long as the change is made at least 60 days before your original date.

What happens if I need to cancel my wedding?

The $250 booking fee is non-refundable, as it secures your date and covers administrative costs. However, if you need to cancel more than 30 days before your wedding, you will not be responsible for the remaining balance. If you cancel within 30 days of your event, no refunds will be issued.

How do I book my wedding date?

To reserve your date, simply click the "Check Availability & Reserve Your Date" button, select your wedding date, fill out the required forms, and submit your $250 booking fee. We will confirm your reservation and send over all necessary details!
